At the second meeting of the steering committee, HIVA presented the design of the first sociological survey, whose objective is to identify which factors affect the level of public acceptability of carbon pricing, by focusing on policy design.
A test survey was conduced beforehand with a limited panel. The results of this test survey were also presented.
